Our experience at Hotel Royal Plaza has been amazing! Our train was delayed and we arrived close to midnight. There was a flight of stairs leading to the reception and when the hotel person, Mr. Jirka, saw us struggling with a stroller and a big luggage, in the CCTV, and came down to help. He was very warm and helpful. Without asking, he helped us carry our big luggage (estimate 20kg) up the stairs and welcome us to the hotel. The next morning, we were glad to see him at the reception again (he worked till midnight and up again at 7am!). This time again, he offered to help us with the luggage! This was a great blessing as I have slipped disc and couldn't carry heavy objects. When we wanted to give a small tip as appreciation, he refused multiple times and was just glad we enjoyed our stay! What a man!! And he was also very friendly to our baby. Thank you Mr. Jirka, you have made our Prague stay very special! :)
