I had to perform some online meetings during the stay, I was able to work without interuptions + Perfect location to access airport by direct tram, bus stop to go to Monaco or else, walking distance to famous places in old town including beach, grocery store is also on the other side of street. Would definitely choose same place on my next journey to Nice.

We liked everything in the apartment. It had everything as stated on the Booking. The location is perfect, you are 5 minutes from Messena Square, the beach, and the tram.
